Moving with purpose. MWP:3 rounds of (40 seconds on 10 seconds off)1) Burpee over bag.2) Gorilla row.3) Scorpion plank.4) Kimora hit bump.5) Dual Sumo, kettlebell clean (Paul).6) Guard elbow – mount elbow- Rest, 60 seconds.
