Dear RSK Friends,

  

Test week.

 

This week is the final week before the new cycle. An opportunity to test the progressions you have been developing and enforce new levels of competence.

 

Focus on moving through the exercises as smoothly and efficiently as you have learned and see how natural it feels.

 

Next week will be deload week, where the emphasis will be more on the mechanics and technique, but this week we still want to push and move with purpose!
