Week 7 Workout 2 And 3... 2-4-23

Hello,

 

So I realise getting three emails a week with the workouts might be a little heavy for the inbox.... so, going forward I will be sending one email on Sunday with the workouts for the week with another email at the beginning of every new training cycle :)

 

Please see below the workout for tomorrow and also Wednesdays kettlebell EMOM


Here is the workout for tomorrow morning...

Mobility and balance, M&B:

10 ALT Cossack Squat into Internal Rotation

4 - 6 Leg Raise in Rings

10 Underside Switch Step, on Ball

 

Rest as needed, move slow for 3 sets

 

Time under tension, TUT:

12-20 KB Bench Press on Ball

2x Complex of:

3 Off Set Rack Carry, 4 Off Set Rack Lunges, 2 Cleans

 

Rest as needed between sets

 

Moving with purpose. MWP:3 rounds of 60 seconds per station;

 

1) Burpee Over Bag

2) Dual KB Squat

3) Scorpion Plank

4) Ballistic KB Row

5) Knee Ride Jab Cross

6) Rest
